Introduction

Huawei Technologies Co. is a Chinese multinational technology company. It provides

telecommunications equipment and sells consumer electronics, smartphones. Its
headquarters are in the city of Shenzhen.

The company was founded in 1987 by Ren Zhengfei. Initially focused on manufacturing
telephone switches, Huawei has expanded its business to include building
telecommunications networks, providing operational and consulting services and
equipment to companies inside and outside China, and manufacturing communication
devices for the consumer market.

After accumulating knowledge and resources in the PBX business, Huawei achieved its
first breakthrough in the main chain of the telecommunications market in 1993. Until then,
Chinese domestic telecommunications companies were not able to build switches with such
capacity. Huawei switches were the first to be installed only in small towns and rural areas.
HAUWEI

STEP 1: Analysis for the company for the department of production and the
administrative area.

Huawei solves this problem magnificently with the arrival of the new MatePad. And is that
this tablet has many of the things that impressed us. It is at a more affordable price for most
users in our country.

a) Raw Material.

Touch screen: is a control unit designed to input information, which reacts to touches and
allows the user to interact with the device in a "language" that is understandable to both.

Touch screen frame: If the touch screen is the unit designed to input the information, the
display is the device in charge of reflecting it. On it the information is reflected in a
graphical form that we can understand. The higher the resolution of the screen, the sharper
the image will be.

Motherboard: various electrical elements, microcircuits and connectors for the screen,
touchscreen and cameras are located on the motherboard. A microcircuit (microchip) is an
electronic circuit made up of tiny components, encapsulated in a whole casing.

Rechargeable battery: Rechargeable batteries differ in their chemical composition,

voltage, capacity, and dimensions. It is known that with time any battery loses its initial
properties and begins to discharge very quickly. However, if we treat it well, we can
prolong the life of a battery, but its use is limited. In this case our store offers a wide range
of rechargeable batteries for tablets.

b) Goods, office supplies, services that we need to make a tablet.

consent of the other, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
h) Entire Agreement. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the
parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all pre-existing
agreements and understandings between them with respect thereto.

Step 4: Outsourcing strategy.

The first thing that the company will manufacture is going to be the battery rechargeable,
for us is better to outsourcing this material, because it is better and at low price for the
company and because the company doesn’t have the materials and the place , so another
company will provide us this service to help us and to improve, this is a big advantage for
us this type of relationship because that allows both parties to become familiar with the
staff and operating style of the other company and helps the supplier to meet the
expectations of the contractor more efficiently in terms of communication and frequency
reports. With all of these we will grant a long-term relationship with the company we want
to contract for this service.
The company that will helps us with the manufacture is going to be Dmegcbattery a really
good company in batteries with good things say about them, they will also give
maintenance to the batteries, they will be in full charge of the manufacture and the
maintenance, we will vote for outsourcing because we think we can have better contracts
with them in the future and a better communication and good partnership.
