What have you learned?

In his talk, I have learned that robots are programmable machines that are

capable of carrying out a complex series of actions automatically. There are various

types of robots – AMR, AGV, Articulated, Hybrids, Humanoids, and CoBots. The

Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) moves throughout the world and make decisions in

near real-time as they go. The Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) relies on tracks or

predefined paths and often require operator oversight. The Articulated Robots are

meant to emulate the functions of human arm. The Hybrids are created to be capable of

more complex tasks. A Humanoid is a robot resembling the human body in shape. And

the CoBots are designed to function alongside or directly with humans.
