The Human body is an accurate machine that contains a series of systems, which interact with each

other, but could work by themselves.

Oxygenated blood around the body in the

arteries. Later, deoxygenated blood back to the
heart along veins.

It carries deoxygenated blood from the heart to the

lungs to be oxygenated.

The blood then goes back to the heart to be pumped

around the body circuit.
The main function of the respiratory
system is to introduce oxygenated air and
expel carbon dioxide.
The skeleton give the body its shape and has loads of jobs to do. It´s made up of various kind of bones, all
meeting at joints that can move in different ways.

1. SUPPORTING/SHAPE.

2. PROTECCION.

3. MOVEMENT.

4. MAKING BLOOD CELLS.

5. MINERAL STORAGE.
HEART RATE
A warm- up involves:

1. A gentle exercise: Like jogging. This increases heart rate and gets the muscles moving.

2. and 3. Joint Mobility and stretching: This gets the full range of movement need. We could work the joint
mobility statically or dynamically.
