    definitely <b>pizza</b>. Because it tastes and smells <i>fabulous</i>. It is a dish
    of Italian origin. It has a flat Pizza base which is topped with tomatoes, cheese
    and <u>many</u> there ingredients. It is baked in an oven. My mom cooks the
    <b>BEST</b> pizza. I always ask her to make pizza for me. Sometimes we order pizza
    from various pizza restaurants available in Trinidad and Tobago.The best part about
    pizza is that no matter how much <u>I eat it I never get sick of it</u>, I can eat
    it everyday for the rest of my life and still enjoy it's rich flavours.</p>

    <b>love</b> cheese a lot specifically mozzarella cheese.Mozzarella cheese is
    <u>delicate, smooth, has a milky flavour and its elastic texture is just
    amazing</u>. And you can't forget about its fabulous meltability. I mean mozzarella
    is a plastic or stretched-curd cheese and that plastic like material can melt
    becoming the best cheese topping on pizza. The curd of mozzarella cheese is mixed
    with heated whey and stretched and kneaded until it attains a smooth, pliable
    consistency. It is then molded into spheres or ovals and stored in water to keep it
    moist.</p>
