leadership development program,
ARITRA, aims to develop senior
leaders for the social sector.
The 12-month program is being
implemented by IIMB and Phicus.

Our Management Trainee

Program develops skills

solving complex social
problems, managing diverse
projects, and building
networks.

You will receive mentorship

support from our leaders and
senior management, which will
help you gain a unique
exposure to the social
development eco-system.
The Program
9 Months
The trainee will work on
assignments that help in building
an understanding of the sector,
various functions and programs of
the organization

10th month onwards

The trainee will be offered a full-
time role at the mid-level
management

25th month onwards

Based on the performance he/she
will be promoted to a managerial
level
