DISINFECTION NARRATIVE REPORT

In preparation for the opening of classes the Nabunturan Emergancy Response

Team conducted a disinfection of the classrooms and offices of Cabidianan National
High School last August 29, 2021. It was requested by the school so that in the opening
of classes teachers, parents and other stakeholders who will visit the school will be feel
safe. Our town is now experiencing increasing number of Covid-19 cases this is the
reason why schools every now and then must be disinfected.
Also, they should follow the IATF protocols the social distancing, wearing of face masks
and disinfecting oneself through the use of alcohol. The teaching force of CNHS was
very much thankful for the very active response of NERT. Through this, it will make
teachers feel safe whenever they are on site.

CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWAYS
The beautification of the school was very important because it will reflect the
performance of teachers assigned in that school. Even if we are in the middle of
pandemic the Department of Education encouraged the teachers to continue that
schools’ beautification not because of the evaluation but it will signify that learning
continues even if face to face classes are strictly prohibited. It will also tell parents that
there is a hope to get back on track in the normal way of learning at school.
The construction of path ways was started last quarter of last school year and continued
this year. The construction materials was donated by Hon. Ruwel Peter S. Gonzaga one
of our stakeholders. The Parents Teachers Association also give a counterpart for the
construction of pathways.
The Cabidianan National High School teachers was very much thankful for the
generosity of our stakeholders it was truly indeed “Bayanihan para sa paaralan”.
 LET MILLION FLOWERS BLOOM

Let a million flowers bloom project signifies that pandemic is not a hindrance to
learn and achieve dreams of our learners. It simply tells us that in every bloom of
a flower there is a hope to be in a normal way of class setting.
It was proposed by the Department of Education and it was given action in every
schools. It was actively participated by teachers, parents and other stakeholders.
They also donated flowers, it started last 2nd week of August and the construction
is still on going.
Through this it will not give a dull environment of the school because flowers are
sign of JOY it means there is a JOY in TEACHING and FUN in LEARNING.

GROUND REHABILITATION
The ground rehabilitation was requested by Cabidianan National High School to
Barangay office and was taken an action. Through the help of our Municipal
Mayor Hon. Chelita C. Amatong the request was taken an action last August 26,
2021.
The teaching force of CNHS was very much thankful for an active response. The
reason why they requested is that they want that there ground will be even and
flattened. It was a big help because it will contribute to schools beautification.
Nowadays, even our situation hits us so hard the Filipino trait of BAYANIHAN
was applied. No matter what the situation is, the helping hands of teachers,
parents and stakeholders will give a big impact to the progress of the school.
 TREE PLANTING ACTIVITY
“Plant trees and save mother earth” an advocacy for a lifetime, it will always be
part of our activities to take good care of our environment. The Cabidianan
National High School teachers, parents and PTA Board of Directors participated
in a tree planting program conducted by the school.
The aim objective of this is even if we are too focused on the positive patients of
COVID-19 we should not forget the nature. It gives us air to breathe and a shade
that will protect us under the heat of the sun.
The CNHS teaching force initiated this one last August 17, 2021 it signifies the
unity and cooperation of each other even if pandemic has tested us many times.
We are living on this planet, we should also know how to take good care of this
and love like how the Creator loved us.

CLEAN UP DRIVE FRATERNITY AND SORORITY

Many organizations participated the brigada eskwela 2021. In times like this, it is
very overwhelming to welcome stakeholders who volunteer themselves to
participate in a clean-up drive to attain a conducive learning environment.
Last September 4, 2021 TAU GAMMA PHI/SIGMA FRATERNITY AND
SORORITY helped us to prepare the school for the opening of class. They
painted the kiosk, the chairs and they cleaned the ground also. It is rare to find
people like them, people who are willing to help without asking any in return,
people who have a heart of volunteerism and people who have a passion to help.
Pandemic taught us many realizations that we can help without the use of
money. Exerting time, effort and dedication is priceless.
