1. Health and Safety Practices in Cabanatuan City: As a Controlling

Factor In Establishing Human Settlements

- One of the factors considered by a starting family is the health and safety
precautions employed by a City to their residents and communities. Studying
the same will help us understood the sample respondents preferences in
choosing where they will be settling to create and raise their families.

2. Challenges in the Implementation of City Ordinances in

Cabanatuan City and Its Effect in a Developing Urban Settlement

- Cabanatuan City is an up and coming center for development and progress

in the Province of Nueva Ecija, to study the Ordinances enforced to help in
sustaining its progress will give us an in depth view of how the progress will
be sustained.

3. Housing Terms and Agreements in Developing Subdivisions in

Cabanatuan City: Basis for a Housing City Ordinance

- This study will help in protecting the residents of Cabanatuan City from
being taken advantage of, this will curtail any and all wrong doings of
Subdivision Developers. However, this will also work at the advantage of
Subdivision Developers, having to follow a City Ordinance and no longer
has to establish their own rules.
