    Dear Ma’am,
    Greetings! I am humbly writing this letter to you as a prayer to please
    allow me to change one of my enrolled subjects from PA241-Human
    Behavior in Organization to PA214-Project Development and
    Management. I got confused in filling up the google form and the
    similarities of the numbers assigned to both subjects, that I inadvertently
    typed PA241-Human Behavior in Organization instead of the latter
    which is PA214-Project Development and Management. Due to such
    inadvertence, two of my enrolled subjects are now synchronized with
    each other and thus creating a conflict in my schedule. Hence, my
    above-mentioned request.
    I am writing this request with all honesty and good faith. I am hoping for
    your understanding and kind consideration.
