Chapter 1: Introduction
This chapter includes the theoretical background of the study of the project. It covers subject, definition of the
terms used, importance and other relevant aspects of the subject to the title of the study of the Project. It also
covers the industry, its brief history, growth and prospects of the industry.

Chapter 3: Company Profile

Introduction, type / nature, board of directors, organization chart, business operations, product/ service profile,
market competitors, functional chart, future prospectus/ growth of the company.

Chapter 4: Data Analysis and Interpretation

Title of the table and graph, Data table with analysis, Graphical representation, Interpretation of graphs.

Chapter 5: Summary of Findings, Suggestions and Conclusion

This chapter begins with the objectives and the scope of the study to enable the understanding of the reader. The
findings to be summarized and presented in a paragraph, numbering each of the following.
Suggestions drawn with direct references to objectives of the study. Find specific recommendations/ suggestions
to each objective of the study. These recommendations should be specific, acceptable, practical and clear.
The Conclusion of the project should be given so as to justify the objectives of the study.

Bibliography: The References made from text books, journals, newspapers and magazines are to be listed in this
chapter. The order followed is to be mentioned: Name of the author, edition of the book, name of the publisher.
The sources of internet and website may also be mentioned with correct address of the site.
Appendices and Annexure: The Copy of the questionnaire and all useful material collected from the
organization is annexed. In case of finance topic, the copies of the financial statements are to be annexed.
 Instruction to the Students

1. Project reports are to be prepared with computer printout only.

2. Students should retain one copy of the Project with themselves and submit three copies of the Project

report to the college.

3. The font style and size used in your Project report has to be in Times new roman with 12 font size and

has to be line spacing 1.5 (all Main headings 14 font size and Bold, sub headings 12 font size and bold,

body text 12 font size).

4. Spellings, Grammar, punctuation etc., are to be taken extra care.

5. Figures and facts should be accurate.

6. The student has to submit a rough copy of the project initially and take fair copy only when approved by
the guide to do so.
