Here are some adjectives you can use to describe your colleagues.
- He’s a really clever person
- I like her, she’s so reliable
- He’s sometimes a little unreliable
- She’s outgoing and enjoys working with her teammates
- She’s a little shy sometimes
- He’s very ambitious
- She’s very organized, and always gets her work done
- He’s sometimes a little disorganized

Adjectives and adverbs
As we’ve seen, we can use adjectives to describe people and things.

We can use adverbs to describe how can an action is done.

- She’s learns very fast

- They work very hard

(b) Well, he’s not always very organized and doesn’t seem to be ambitious about his career.

For and since
The word For is used to tell us the length of time that something has been happening.
- Laura has been with us for three months

(b) He’s worked here for five years.
The word Since can be used to say that something started at a certain time in the past and still continues now.
- Laura has been with us since July
- Devani has worked here since 2007
