Next week, we will have a speaker/guest who will be sharing some insights related to shopping habits and
culture in a foreign country. Please, complete stage I questions before coming to class. Stages 2 and 3 will be
developed in our session.

I What is the relationship between culture and shopping?
Answer the following questions before week 9:

1. Do you know any traditional local shopping stores in Colombia? Have you ever bought anything
there?

1. Listen to an international guest or speaker who has experienced shopping habits in the
country where he/she is from or a country he/she has been to, different from Colombia.
