This is to inform you that for the Year 2022, we are revising the Accreditation Policy about the Tank
Truck Accreditation Program.

All JV and TPH Tank Trucks which have expired annual accreditation from Phoenix Road Transport,
shall require the submit Certification of Inspection from Filconfab as part of the overall requirements
of the Phoenix Road Transport Accreditation Program. This Certificate of Inspection will be
submitted together with the basic 3 requirements –Calibration Certificate, LTO OR/CR and BFP
Certificate. Any costs that may incur in getting the Certificate of Inspection from Filconfab shall be
shouldered by the Applicant. Phoenix Road Transport shall have no knowledge on whatever
price/rate you may arrange with them.

Please note that Phoenix Road Transport Accreditation Fee of PhP 8,000.00 per Truck will no longer
take effect but we will get a reasonable fee of PhP 1,500.00 as admin fees for processing, sticker, SAP
Code creation and V&V of ACH Team within the year the accreditation is in effect.

On the other hand, Accreditation Fee for Pick-ups (Ex-Bs) Tank Trucks should remain at P8, 000.00
per unit valid for 1 year only. This Accreditation Fee shall cover the processing, sticker, SAP Code,
RT Inspection Package and endorsement to Depot and random V&V of ACH Team during the
effectively of the accreditation.

Note: Only Tank Trucks with Phoenix Road Transport sticker shall be allowed to enter Phoenix
Depot/Terminal premises.

For your guidance.
