2、Operating the Device


2.1 Switching the Device On
1)Connect the gas supply to the gas connection port,Open
the gas supply line.
2)Connect the mains connection cable. The device is
automatically switched on and performs a self-test for
approx. 15 seconds.
3)The mains LED is illuminated green
4)The display shows Device check and all LEDs remain
illuminated until the end of the self-test. All segments of
the actual value displays are illuminated.
The display depicts
Device OK ->Select value.

After 3 seconds the display changes to Start ?


The device test concluded successfully. The device is
operational
2.2 Preselecting the Nominal Pressure and Flow
This setting is possible in standby mode and during
operation of the device
1)Before the start of surgery Preselecting Pressure
③(default value) is 10 mmHg, Flow⑦(default value) is
3L/mim,. this is Veress needle mode(safe mode).
At the beginning of the surgery to press start / stop①to
start Inflating;
2)when abdominal pressure value on display reaches the
setting value, Change Veress needle to Trocar,According
to the requirements of the surgeon to adjust the setting
pressure and flow(Setting pressure recommended value
10~15 mmHg;flow recommended value6~20 L/mim;
3)After the operation have finished, press the start / stop
① can stop inflating
4) shut down gas press ⑱ for 3 second, can close device.
5)The nominal pressure value "15 mm Hg" is a threshold
value.
