F102 Usermenu_gas supply setting

The device features an option-dependent user menu as well as a service menu. Menu control
Device parameters can be changed before surgery in the user menu. The following
pages list a user menu overview. The service menu is protected from unauthorized
access by a numeric code only known to the service technician.

Menu control elements


① On/Standby key

1. Initial Status: The device is turned off. Keep the menu key ⑤ depressed How do I use the user menu?
while briefly pressing the On/Standby key①as well.
2. Continue pressing the menu key until the LED test is finished.
3. Increasingly louder beeps are emitted after the end of the LED test and P is
displayed in the display field for the actual pressure ⑭The device is now in
the first menu level of the user menu.
4. Switch between user and service menu with the +/- keys⑦
5. Confirm the user menu selection with the menu key⑤
6. The values to be set are depicted in the actual gas flow ⑫ display field. The
factory default values are initially displayed - then the last saved value.
7. Use the nominal gas flow Plus or nominal gas flow Minus keys⑦ to select
the desired menu level.
8. Press the Menu key to access the selected menu level. Scroll with the nominal
gas flow Plus or Minus key⑦ to change settings.
9. Save settings with menu key ⑤ You are then automatically switched to the
next higher menu level.
10. Press the reset key ⑥ to exit menu level without saving.
11. Turn the device off and wait 10 seconds before turning back on to enter normal
mode.

• Max. nominal pressure
• Gas Flow Rate 1
• Gas Flow Rate 2
• Gas Flow Rate 3
• First pressure value
• Venting system
• Venting time
• Venting pressure
• Gas supply
• Contrast
Menu key (i) (14): Menu selection and confirming key.
Reset key (->0<-) (13): Back to main level, "Escape" key.
Nominal flow keys (+)/(-) (11)/ (12): Scroll function.
1. Press the (i) key (14) to access the selected menu. How do I use the user menu?
2. The user menu or service menu is selected by scrolling with the nominal gas
flow (+) key (11) or nominal gas flow (-) key (12). Select the user menu and
press the (i) key (14) to open the first menu level.
3. Use the nominal gas flow (+) key (11) or (-) key (12) to select the desired menu
level. Press the (i)- key (14) to access the selected menu level. Select a menu
item to access the associated submenu.
4. Scroll with the nominal gas flow (+) or (-) key to change settings in the submenu.
Press the (i) key to save the desired setting. To exit the user menu,
press the (->0<-) key twice.
5. To exit the user menu, press the (->0<-) key (13) twice.

Factory setting: Bottle


Select the type of gas supply. Menu level gas supply
1. Select House gas if you are working with a house gas supply. The gas supply
indicators and displays are described in chapter 4.3 Connecting to Central
Gas Supply, page 12. If house gas has been selected but a gas bottle (pressure
>15 bar) is connected to the device, the gas supply display automatically
switches as described in Chapter 4.2 Connecting a Gas Bottle, page 12.
2. Select Bottle if you want to work with a gas bottle. The gas supply indicators
and displays are described in Chapter 4.2 Connecting a Gas Bottle, page 12. It
is not possible to operate the device if "Bottle" is set and a house gas supply
is actually connected.
