Scope of works:
1. W3P as a brand consultant will develop all big strategies 4 campaigns in 6 months.
2. As brand consultant W3P will provide marketing material directions to the JAQS internal team.
3. Brand consultant will brief and supervise every creative production to JAQS Internal team.
4. Brand consultant will review every social media editorial plan.
5. Brand consultant will supervise and give direction and solutions regarding to partnership program and sales program
6. W3P Will monitoring every KPI (Social media engagement, followers growth, conversion)
7. W3P and JAQS team will have Work In Progress agenda once in 2 weeks.

Terms & Conditions:

1. This cost estimation will be adjusted once we get the final scope of work and detail client's brief.
2. Any changes of scope of work and amount of total unit/item will affect the cost.
3. All production with 3rd Party is to be applied with handling/servicing fees (Agency Servicing Fee, ASF) of 10%.
4. Term of payment: 30 days upon the issuance of the invoice.
5. A project contract is required before the partnership commences.
6. Retainers fee is to be invoice by W3P within the 1st week of every calendar month Rp. 99.888.160/Month including PPN
11% from July 2022 to Dec 2022.
