Tender committee at Ministry of Interior hereby announces the offering of the mentioned tender according to the
following conditions:

1- Tender documents can be obtained from (tenders section) at the procurements department Al Dafna, in
the administrative attach of Ministry of Interior, flat (tenth) office No. (21), Telephone No. (44849378)
against payment value of () Q.R., non-refundable upon the procurement department through (Any Bank
Card).
2- Bank guarantee letter or payable check shall be attached to the bid, in favor of the chairman of Tender
and Auction committee at Ministry of Interior, from one of the operating or approved banks at the state
of Qatar, to be deposited under a bank guarantee letter, accepted by a national bank, not restricted to
any bind or condition, fully valid for performance and irrevocable of a value () Q.R., as an effective
temporary insurance for a term of (120) days since the date specified from the date of submitting the
bid, the bid that will not include this insurance shall be abstained from the tender. The tenderer whom
award the tender shall deposit a final insurance with an amount not less than (10%) of the contract
value, not restricted to any bind or condition fully valid for performance, to be in effect for a term of (7)
working days after finalizing final implementing of the contract including warrant and maintenance period
contained in this contract, then the insurance shall be returned back to its owner without its demanding
with a period not exceeding seven working days after the contract is finally implemented.
3- Tender validity period is (90) nineteen days from the date of expiry of the period set for tenders.
4- The Minister may, on the recommendation of the committee and in accordance with the requirements of
the public interest, amend the quantities or volume of contract concluded, increase or decrease with the
same conditions and prices. The contractor with the governing agency shall have no right to demand
any compensation thereof according to the rules and in the limits determined in the regulation.
5- The latest day for submitting the bids shall be 12 pm at the day of closing ( ), corresponding ( ),
shall not pay any attention to any bid submitted after the pre-determined date.
6- Bids shall be deposited in the box of Tender and Auctions Committee (in the administrative attach of
Ministry of Interior) second floor, phone No. (44849512) Fax No. (44933150). The tenderer shall assure
of receiving a receipt of submitting the tender and shall be in a closed and sealed up envelopes, entitled
in favor of Mr./ chairman of Tender and Auction Committee at the Ministry of Interior, written on it the
tender number and subkect.
7- All bids shall be submitted of at least one original and two copies, attached to them a copy of the
commercial register in effect, the offer that does not include this condition will be abstained.
8- All signed forms and templates shall be filled along with the tender documents including the bid form
and the temporary and final insurance form, and they shall be approved as required and shall be
returned in adequate along with the rest of tender documents.
