8 What skills acquired at the seminar are you going to use in your work? __ KPI’s, in my
opinion, are very useful not only in terms of company’s organization, but self-organization too,
so I will define some for myself to control my progress in self-development. Perhaps, one day I
will manage to establish my own company and apply all gained skills there.

12 Your comments to the speaker Oxana Nabok is the best teacher, which we had at least in this
academic year. Everything was presented and explained precisely to the point, and, what is the
most important, Oxana has zest to share knowledge with others and inspires with her example.
