What does this photograph tell us about the photographer who took it?
• Do the tools or technology used to take the photograph impact the image? How so?
• How is this image a reflection of time and culture?
• Why is this image significant or worthy of being captured?

For the Ali one its a low ground shot. It has it reasons like the photographer being out of the
ring.but it gives it a different look.Meanwhile on the Portillo one it's just Leaves and trees and its
rare to see all that nature with buildings so its gives you different feelings depending on the
person. The technology its so different meanwhile portillo is using a r.a.w. Camera and with
manual focus and grand angular lens you can notice the difference of the camera. It was black
and white and it was just on the perfect spot. If not you would not be able to see Ali.The time on
the Ali picture gives me the vibes of an old ring. People cheering with someone drinks the
announcer over some old speakers and ali knocking down his opponent. While on portillo’s its
just calming its like we still have beautiful places on the world they are just hidden. Its 2 different
atmosphere for me it has affection because Portillo is my favorite photographer and i love his
pictures and videos. But the place and the way he captures everything without telling you a
word.is so important like Ali knocking down his opponent being a successful moment in his
career.
