Mapiῆa Elementary School is set to implement its limited face-to-face classes on February
14, 2022. As per suggestions of the monitoring team during the dry-run, the school needs to
improve its classroom ventilation, construct cemented pathways, and repaint its roof and classroom
walls.

Hence, we are requesting from your good office the following materials needed by the school
for us to further provide a conducive and safe learning environment to our dearest learners:

1. 50 sacks of cement `
2. 30 pieces steel bar (10mm)
3. 30 pieces ceiling fan
4. 20 pieces galvanized iron
5. 10 cubic gravel and sand
6. 5 pails of paint (palmera green)
