1. Introduction
The purpose of Well bed trailer is to facilitate transportation of shelter and genset. The purpose of this analysis is to
check the structural integrity of the trailer during various working conditions.

2. Assumptions & Idealisations


Material of construction has uniform physical/ mechanical properties
Good manufacturing practices are followed to ensure quality requirements

4. Methodology (Process)
Geometry clean-up was performed using supplied 3D CAD Model. The model was meshed with 3D tetrahedral
solid, 2D triangular shell elements and checked for quality criteria. Material properties & boundary conditions
were applied for mentioned load cases to obtain the results.
