2. Give a situation proving the Operant Conditioning theory of human behavior. (5
points)
 My mother told my niece and my nephew that if they don’t sleep by one o’clock

3. If you are part of the top management of an organization, which of the objectives of
Organizational Behavior will you prioritize, and why? Please choose only one. (20
points)
 If I am the top management of an organization, I would prioritize the objective
develop a good team. Why? Because having a good team will make us achieve
almost all the objectives. A good team is one that has a unified vision and unites
to achieve that vision. If I prioritize developing a good team, I am finding the
right people to work with me, it would be easy to resolve conflicts with one
another, it would be easy to understand each other, there will be high chance of
productivity and I will become an effective leader who will support and give them
my full trust.
4. Analyze the case of Tony Stark and apply empathy to answer his work dilemma. (40
points)
A. What advice can you give Tony? How would this advice be supported or tempered
by behavioral concepts and processes?
 If I were to give an advice to Tony, I would tell him to stay in O ’Grady
Company and try to understand the way the employees are reacting towards
him. He should also try to adjust and fit in with the work environment. He
cannot please others nor can others please him right away. It will take time for
him to get along with them. Instead, he should work hard to make them see that
he really deserves to be one of the employees of the company. If it doesn’t
work, then he should find a new job at a different company, a better one with a
pleasant atmosphere. There, he can start anew and build a better relationship
with new people. Anyway, the kind of attitude that his co-workers have can
always be present at any company. It won’t just go away, it takes time.
Besides, he cannot control one’s emotions and mentality. He just has to be
professional and accept everything that will come his way because that is part
of life.
B. Is it possible to find an "ideal" place to work? Explain.
 Yes. For me, it is possible to find an “ideal” place to work. An ideal place to
work is not just what you see physically in a company, but it also lies within
the people you work with and how they work. An ideal place to work can also
be seen when employees share the same goals and vision, works with
camaraderie to achieve their goals and help each other to grow professionally.
