Add New Issuing Programs

ADD NEW ISSUING PROGRAMS Only click the Request a New BIN if it is
understood that a new BIN will be needed for

Card capacity is the amount of cards that will be

the BIN Account Range From and To values (i.e. a
card capacity of 1 Billion will give you the range

2. The New Issuing Program Request screen displays
with a description of what is needed to request a
new program. Click Get Started.

5. If you want to add another program, click Add


Program.
3. Select the brand you would like for the new issuing Note: You can add up to ten new programs at a time.

Note: The system assesses your portfolio and makes
recommendations for BIN account ranges if

7. The BIN range recommendations display for your
review. BIN 8 recommendations will show first. At
this point you have two options:
a. Select a BIN Account Range from the
recommendation list.
b. Request a New BIN
Note: If the brand you want is not listed, click
Request additional brand license.
4. Add Program details:
a. Select a Country for the new program from the
drop down list. If you’re looking for a country
that is not listed, click extension area.
b. Next, select the Program Type from the drop
down list.
c. Then, select the applicable Product Code from
the drop down list.
d. Then, select the BIN Length
e. If interested in using recommendations, then
there is no need to click the Request New BIN.

4. Finish the process providing any comments as


needed.
A. SELECT A RECOMMENDED BIN ACCOUNT
RANGE
1. Select a BIN Account Range from the
recommendation list and click Next. (Filter option is
available)
2. Complete all applicable fields, or just those required, 5. Review the details for all programs you’re adding and

7. Access the Request tab to Bring a Program Live. (See


Section C).

also be completed.
3. After all the applicable information has been
provided click the calendar icon and then select the
date to bring the program live in Mastercard. The
first date that can be selected will be 30 days from
the date of request.

B. REQUEST A NEW BIN


1. In New Program Request select Request new BIN for
requested program. After completing all fields for each
Program selected, click Next

4. Finish the process by providing any comments as


needed, review the details for all programs you’re
adding and click Complete.

2. Complete all applicable fields, or just those required,


which are marked with an asterisk (*).
a. Select which ICA to assign to the BIN range.
5. The confirmation page displays, with request IDs and

will be shown as Assigned in the portfolio screen and
you will see that the request has been placed in the
Pending Customer status on My Company Manager.
You must now Bring a Program Live to complete the
process. (See section C)

7. For every new program, you must go to the Store


and request provisioning from your Security
Administrator or Business Administrator.
Note: Refer to Provisioning how-to-guide for detailed
steps.

C. BRING A PROGRAM LIVE


All new BINs and programs must go through this step in
order to be implemented.
*Note: You are not required to bring the program live at the time
of addition.

1. Click the number associated with each program


you’re adding to start the process to bring the
programs live.
2. In the Request tab click on the request ID to Bring a
Program Live and complete the process.
3. Provide all applicable information and then click
Complete.

4. Implementation teams at Mastercard will work on


the review and approval. Once completed, your
program will be shown as Live in the portfolio screen
and you will see that the request has been completed
on My Company Manager.

Add New Acquirer Reference ID (ARID)

ADD NEW ARID

1. From the Portfolio tab, within the quick access menu,


(drop down under ARID), click New.

5. Click Complete.

a. Select a Brand for the ARID
b. Select the Country from the drop-down list.

BIN 6 to 8 Transition

A. BIN Transition
1. Under the Portfolio view, in the drop-down box,
select BIN to display all the BINs assigned under the
company.

BIN 6 to 8 Transition

The sample data will need to be deleted or the


file will get an error upon submission.
4. Once your spreadsheet is completed, then you
attach it to the request. Please note it must be a
CSV file and cannot be larger than 1MB.
5. Review the BIN 8 Confirmation page, using the +
button to display all the changes requested. The
BIN 8 that will be returned to Mastercard will
appear at the bottom of the page. These will no
longer be part of your portfolio once this process
completes.

B. Bulk Transition to BIN 8


1. Under the Portfolio view, in the drop-down box,
select BIN to display all the BINs assigned under
the company.

6. Once the review is complete, select the Next


button.
7. Complete the Primary Contact Information on
the BIN 8 Completion screen to ensure proper
implementation contact. Once completed select
the Complete button in the bottom right corner

BIN Splitting

BIN SPLITTING Account Range Splits, click Split. If you change


your mind and you want to remove a split range

Additionally, BINs can only be split once they have been added to
your account.

This process is used when you want to split a Live BIN


into different Account Ranges.
1. Under the Portfolio view, select which BIN Account
Range you would like to split by clicking on the BIN
Account Range.

Once all ranges have been split as you intend,


Click Next.
2. BIN Account Range Split details appear and
additional information is requested. Complete
Primary Contact section. The reason for the split
will have a drop-down selection and date of the
split will need to be selected. Add attachment,
and any additional comments that may be
needed.

2. The Attributes of the BIN will appear. To split the BIN


click Split.

3. The BIN Account Range Split Request page displays.


At this point you have 2 options: Manually enter BIN
split information or Upload BIN split information.

4. The confirmation page displays with the details
of your request.

3. Once the file is loaded correctly you will see a

Contact will default to you being the primary
contact for implementation. This can be updated
to another contact at your organization if
needed. The reason for the split will have a drop
down selection and date of the split will need to
be selected.

Delete a Program

be selected for deletion. The filter capability can assist in
identifying all account ranges under a BIN. Once filters are
selected, click Apply.

3. Use the calendar dropdown to request your preferred


date to delete the program in Mastercard systems
and click Next.

4. Complete Primary Contact fields and add relevant


attachments.

5. Use the Comments field to indicate the business case


for a deletion.

Supprimer un programme

SUPPRIMER UN PROGRAMME
1. À partir de l'onglet Portefeuille, dans le menu

EXCLUIR UM PROGRAMA
1. Na guia Portfolio, no menu de acesso rápido, clique
em Delete [Excluir].

usuário tem autorização para excluir.
