Answer: No. Technology could be partly to blame for this one.

Background: Technology has caused some problems, making us lazy and adding to
distractions in our lives.
Reason:  In order to have enough sports, children will need to invest at least 30 to 60
min in. However, there are countless fun, free online games on their devices that are
drawing their attention away.
Example: Some parents even pay their children with screen time.
Other: If parents fail to pay attention to screen-free activities, exercise, in this case,
children are less likely to do enough sports.

30.3 Why do some people not use programs or apps?

Answer (Reason): Partly becuz they don’t necessarily benefit our life.
Background: Technology has caused some problems, making us lazy and adding
to distractions in our lives.
Example: Some students may try to use an app to memorise vocabulary, but they
would be prompted to reply to their friends' constant messages every few
minutes, during study.
Result: It will be difficult for people to remember things if they fail to use the
technology wisely. That’s why some people just choose not to use them at all.

continue the work only a few hours later.
