1-Film Cracking testing Sop for Acrylic polymer water Proffing

Requirment :- Bruish ,mixing pot ,spactuall shirng film etc

Step-1 bigoreous mixing of Pack-a &Pack-B

Step-2 taken a brush and lay down the shing film on platform

Step-3 Apply the mix material on fist coating form by brush

Step-2 when fully dry first coat then apply second coat

Step-1v after 24 hours any cracking found in film .that means Material is reject. Film should be crack
less form

2- SETTING TIME OF Cement testing Sop for Acrylic form water proffing (By flow table mathods)

Requirment- flow table ,spactulla ,flow cup ,scale,

Step-1 mix the pack-A pack-B material slowly slowly

Step-2 taken aflow table and mix material is drawn in flow cup

Step-3 when flow cup is full by material then pick up slowly slowly and leave for 1 min and note the
Flow of material .

Step -5 Conclusion :- if any polymer shows the flow quaninty is high that means settling time of cement
is fast in those polymer.

3- Cement bonding testing Sop for Acrlic coating

Step-1- mix the material on a pot

Step-2 apply the coat by brtush on glass plate panel

Step -3 after firt coat then apply Second coat

Step-4 AFTER 24 HRS physical check the Bonding property of coating by scrating by nails

Step-5 after this procees on coating sitting the dolly by apply the adhesive and after 24 hours check the
coating strength of Acrylic coating by pull of Adhesion tester. Strength should not b less tha 2 mpas

4- Testing of polymer sepration Sop in Acrylic polymer

Step-1 Mix the material Pack-A &Pack-B

Step-2 materaial is left for 5 min if any polymer is seprate in high quaninty in top portion that means
polymer is not good property .yes acceptable these condition if poymer is seprate in very low quaninty
because all polymer is seprate in very low quaninty when these mix with cement .

Testing for Interigal water proffing compound LW+

Description of products : this is a intregal water proffing compound technology products .these
products is not used in coating form ,these products is used in mixing with cement & mortar material
and protect the wall from intregal moisture .it is chloride free water proffing products .

Sop for DETERMINATION OF Chloride contents testing in intregal water proffing testing

Requirement of Reagent : Ammonium thio cynate ,Sodium chloride ,Silver nitrate ,

Indicator : POTT,CHROMATE ,Ferric alum indicator

Precaution : should be bear safety tools during the making of Solution and taken the experiment ( Such
as Safety Goggles ,hair cover safety Mask )

Step -1 all glass ware should be done neat and clean

Step-2: Make a solution Of Sodium chloride and Silver nitrate (0.1 N)

Step-3 Preparation of Indigator:taken a neet and clean conical flask

Step-4 taken a 8 gram of Ferric Alum this is dissolved in 100 gm of hot Distilled water &Cool dawn at
RT(Note- Ferric Allum is highly moisture sensitive chemical .so solution is kept wit highly cap tightening )

Step-5 Preparation of Pott. Chromate soln: taken a clean conical flask and taken a 10 gm of Pott.
Chromate this is disoolved in 100 ml water

7- Sop for Water penetration test in Acrylic polymer Film

Step-1 mix part-A &B and apply the coat on shirring film by brush after 24 hours when Film is dry with
out cracking ,after that taken 5 ml water is drain upon the film at fixed area if water is penetrated in fim
that means polymer is not good shown the water penetration property .

8-Sop for Shear Adhesion test off Cementiouses tile Adhesive

Requirement : Shear Adhesion Tester Machine ,Tile pcs ,Spactulla , Trowel 3mm,

Procedure: step-1 cutting of tile in 10×10 cm

Step-2 : mix the Tile adhesive in a container as a given mixed racio

Step-3 take the mixed material by spatula and add the tile by cram type ( Thickness should be 3 mm)

Step-4 after 24 hours tile is fully dry then tile pcs is fixed in machine and operate the machine ( Strength
should not be less than 4 KN) IF STRENGTH IS BELOW DAWN 4 KN THAT MEANS Material is Rejected .

9- Sop for Determined the Open time and Adhujustibility of Tile Adhesive

Requirement: Small tile pcs ,chip board ,2 kg wait

STEP -1 : Cutting a tile as per BIS norms

Step-2 mixed the tile adhesive as per given racio after that material is add on tile pcs and chipboard is
adhers to the tile surface

STEP-3When material is not adhers to the tile surface that time is open time of tile adhesive (this
situation is repeated on 5 min ,10 min,15 min )

Note- open time of Tile Adhesive should not be less than 15 min.
