I am writing this letter in behalf of my client Gaudencio Baid who referred

to me this matter regarding a Tax Declaration of an agricultural land
situated in Casul, Sapang Dalaga, Misamis Occidental with a land area of
1.9045 has. This parcel of land is currently covered in Tax Declaration No.
2018-11-9008-00105, and in relation thereto we would like inquire the Lot
Number of this above-mentioned parcel of land. The subject of inquiry on
this matter is in relation to a pending civil case, Heirs of Vicente Baid vs.
Heirs of Fedelia D’Lonsod, which is lodged and docketed before 2 nd
Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Sapang Dalaga-Concepcion, where my
client is one of the parties in this case.

Further, we would like to request in your good office to allow and to issue
to my clients a printed certified copy of the above-mentioned Tax
Declaration with its covered Lot Number and the pertinent salient
information appearing therein.

Sir, you and your office’s immediate action and service in relation to this
matter is much and highly appreciated, and your indispensable
cooperation is very much recognized in the speedy development and
resolution of the above-mentioned case.
