AFFIDAVIT

I, CHRISTINE VELONO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident Laguna Hills,

California, U.S.A. with residence in the Philippines at a resident of Upper Loboc,
Oroquieta City, hereby ACKNOWLEDGE the following as true and correct
based on personal knowledge, to wit:

1. That the land Lot No. 525, Pls-479 which is the subject matter of this
instrument is covered by a Tax Declaration No. 08-0022-00264 declared in the
name of Rosario Namocatcat;

2. That the aforementioned land is the share of Rosario Namocatcat which

she had inherited from her father, the late Juan Velono;

3. That the same subject land is registered, under an original certificate of

title, Original Certificate of Title (OCT) No. P-3790, in the name of Juan Velono

4. That Rosario Namocatcat is already deceased and succeeded by his only

heir, Raul Velono Namocatcat;

5. That I executed this Affidavit to attest and testify as to the truthfulness of

the aforementioned facts based on personal knowledge.
