Director IV
Civil Service Commission-Baguio City
No. 116 Wagner Road, Military Cut-Off Baguio City
Dear Ma’am:
Greetings of peace!
We are second year Juris Doctor students from the University of the Cordilleras,
College of Law who are currently enrolled under the Clinical Legal Education Program
(CLEP) Level 1 as provided by A.M. No. 19-03-24-SC (Rule 138-A, Law Student
Practice) for the first semester of Academic Year 2022-2023. Through the CLEP,
students are provided with the necessary skills as well as actual and practical
understanding of the practice of law by being “directly and personally” involved in
addressing legal problems and situations. In line with this, students are required to
complete a one hundred twenty (120)-hour internship program to the legal department
of an institution or agency in compliance with the Level 1 certification.
In this regard, may we respectfully request if we could conduct our internship in
your respective office, the Civil Service Commission. We believe that the knowledge
and experiences we would gain from working with the commission would help us
become more efficient and effective public servants in the future.
Thank you very much and we hope for your favorable response.
Godbless and warm regards!
Very truly yours,
MARGIE B. PITAS
