The undersigned, provincial fiscal, upon sworn complaint originally filed by the offended

Certification

Abduction is understood to be the kidnapping of a woman by removing her from her home, or
from whatever place she may be, to take her to some other, for the purpose of her abductor’s marrying
her or corrupting her. (Viada, cited in U.S v. Vivar, 26 Phil. 451.)
