The Certificate distribution forthe outgoing final yearUG and PG Batch is planned zN perthe Schedule
given below. Head of the departments are requested to allocate one teaching and non- teaching staff for the
distribution of certificates to students. They are informed to report to the COE office at 9.30 am.

Information to the coordinators:

The students need to collect the no dues form from the COE office and get the no dues from the
respective authorities printed in the no dues form and submit the same in their allocated counters and receive

all thd certificates

The following certificates are kept in a file and will be distributed at the counter.

1. Consolidated Grade Card

2. Provisional Certificate
3. Final Semester Grade Card
4. Transfer Certificate
. 5. Conduct Certificate
6. 7th Semester Grade Card (if he / she has done project in 7fr Sem).
