CIRCULAR

Sub:- APJAKTU - Academic - Re-opening /Working of Higher Education Institutions in the

state full fledged from 18/10/2021 - Govt-Instructions -Reg

Ref :- 1. GO (Rt) No.1228/2021/HEdn Dated 17/09/2021 of Higher Education Department.

3. GO(Rt) No.1374/2021/HEdn Dated 13/10/2021 of Higher Education Department.

The University has issued a circular (Ref 2 above) on 20th Sept 2021 to all colleges directing them to
complete the lab classes and its evaluation for S2 PG and S4 UG in offline mode with effect from

22nd Sept 2021 onwards. It was also informed that the regular classes for final semester UG
programmes can be commenced in conventional mode from 11 Oct, 2021 by appropriately dividing
the students in the college group-wise such that Covid-19 protocols stipulated by the Government are
strictly followed, as cited (Ref: 1).

By reference cited 3 above, Govt has issued an order on 13th Oct 2021 directing the University to

conduct classes for all UG/PG Programmes in its affiliated colleges in conventional mode from 18th
October 2021 onwards. Accordingly all colleges are requested to commence classes for all on-going

programmes in conventional mode with effect from 18th October abiding the guidelines issued by the
Government (Ref. 3, attached). The Hon’ble Vice Chancellor has directed to circulate the order of the
Government and the circular is issued accordingly.
