Dear Students
Based on the G.O (Ms) No. 164 dated 27.08.2Q21of Higher Education (A2) Department, to start
with, it is proposed to conduct offline classes for the below mentioned programmes for the
odd semester of the academic year 2021-22 from the dates indicated till 30th Septembe r 2021.

Students shall have to directly report at the respective halls on the first day at 8.30am. The respective
HoDs/Tutors will address their students, followed by regular class work.
The students are required to report at the college in person as above and attend offline classes as
per the existing online Time Table. The department will schedule additiona! laboratory classes
during the free hours including Saturdays and after 4.00pm if necessary. The above students are
directed to bring their Permanent ldentity Card/Temporary ldentity card with their stamp size
photo affixed.
Outstation students who are in need of hostel accommodation during this period are requested to
directly report at the college hostet office on the previous day of their offline classes
commencement date with necessary things for their stay in the hostel. Each student can bring
only one accompanying person on the day of hostel admission. The students have to pay the
following fees towards their hostel stay for the month of September 2021on the day of reporting at
the hostel.

The above hostel payment has to be made in the form of DD drawn in favour of "PSG Tech Hostet"
payable at Coimbatore. ln case of first time hostel residents, the duly filled in hostet admission
application form collected by you on the day of admission or can be obtained from the Hostel Office
on arrival and has to be submitted along with the DD. At the end of the above period, students have to
vacate the hostel immediately and continue their online classes from their homes. For any query
regarding hostel admission, the students may contact 04224304999 (Boys hostet) and 04224304888
(Girls hostel). Students planning to stay in hostel are requested to go through the attached SOP.
Covid appropriate behavior is expected from allthe sfudenfs during their stay.

D At the time of joining the hostel, students should bring adequate number of N95
masks/3 ply face masks, face shields, hand sanitizers, hand tissues, and
laptops/tabs with internet connection.
i Students shall wear face mask/shield always, wash their hands with
soap/sanitiser frequently and maintain social distancing.
F Every student will be subjected to thermal screening when he/she enters the
college/hostel.
at the hostel after informing the Warden or return home with the permission of the
Warden. lf necessary, they will be referred to the PSG Hospitals.
> The government orders issued from time to time have to be obeyed fully.
