TENDER NOTICE
Sealed Tenders (Single Stage Two Envelope) on prescribed tender forms are invited from
the reputed/authorized dealers/suppliers registered with FBR and having experience in the
supply of Minerals Testing Equipment/items like Automated Combined XRD/XRF, Thermo
Gravimetric Analyzer (TGA), Moisture Analyzer, Hot Plates with magnetic stirrers, Electric
Balance/Scale, Laboratory Ball Mill, Whiteness Tester, PH meter with ion selective electrodes
for chlorides and fluorides, Calibration Standards/Certified reference, Platinum, Nickel, and
Zirconium Crucibles, Laptops, Desktop Computers, Heavy Duty UPS and Telephone Exchange
for the installed equipment under the PC-I scheme “Capacity Building of Mineral Testing
Laboratory of DGMM” on F.O.R MTL, Peshawar basis.

The bid is open to all bidders who are authorized/registered dealers, and suppliers of the
manufacturer for required equipment/items. The Tender Form/Documents are available at a cost
of Rs. 500/- (Non-Refundable) from Mineral Testing Laboratory, 164-C Industrial Estate,
Jamrud Road, Hayatabad, Peshawar during Office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Specification of
the equipment/items and all other terms and conditions are included in the tender documents.

Call deposit @ 2% of the total quoted price separately for each equipment in the name of
Chief Geochemist, Mineral Testing Laboratory to be drawn at a scheduled bank must be
accompanied along with the Tender with the address and Telephone Number of the Concerned
Branch of the Bank for verification.

The tenders complete in all respect must reach at Mineral Testing Laboratory by 10:30
AM on 10/10/2022 which will be opened at 11:30 hrs. on the same day in the Directorate
General Mines and Minerals, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar in the presence of
the Purchase Committee and the bidders/representatives who may choose to attend.

The Project Director “Capacity Building of Mineral Testing Laboratory (DGMM)”

reserves the right to reject any or all the bids as per provisions contained in Rule 47 of KPPRA
Rules 2014.
