You can board the bus by showing the ticket in your smartphone.

To board the bus it is mandatory to have a mobility pass enabled or a negative PCR (less than 48 hours
before departure) and carry an identity card. No refund will be made if the passenger does not meet
these requirements.

Cancellations
The cancellation of the trip can be done only online at recorrido.cl (NOT at agency), until 4 hours before the time of the
trip. For each cancellation 15% of the value of your ticket will be retained (Art . 67 DS 212).

Platform of the departure

Please confirm the platform of the departure of your bus at the office of the bus operator in your departure terminal. We don't
have any information about the platform of the departure.

Changes
You can change the date and time of your tickets 4 hours before the departure time directly in the offices of Chile Bus, not
online.
Online cancellations only allowed when the ticket date and hours of travel have not been changed by the customer. If a ticket
bought in Recorrido.cl is changed in a physical agency of the bus company and then you want to cancel it, then you need to
go to a physical agency to do so.

Notices
It is your responsibility to arrive at the terminal in advance to pass through the mandatory sanitary controls and carry the
necessary documentation for traveling.
Arrival time is an approximation, depending on the traffic conditions.
The company reserves the right to change the seat number for reasons of force majeure.
For changes of the boarding point after the purchase, please contact the bus company.
The bus company is not responsible for your personal belongings inside the bus.
It is forbidden to travel with animals or bicycles
Recorrido.cl is only an intermediary for the booking of your tickets, the bus company is responsible for the execution of the
service.
You have the right to travel with up to 30 kilograms of luggage, as long as the luggage does not exceed a volume of 180
cubic decimeters.
When the value of your baggage exceeds 5 UTM it is your responsibility to declare this in the office of your departure (Art. 70
D.S. 212).
