Dear Parents,
Please note that the students of Class XI will come to school from
Thursday (02.09.2021). The class teachers have divided the students into
two groups. Group I (First 50% serial numbers of the class) will attend the
school on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Group II (remaining 50% serial
numbers of the class) will attend the school on Tuesday, Thursday and
Saturday. The teachers have already intimated the students that Group
II will join the school tomorrow (02.09.21). The students have to
follow the instructions given by the teacher.
 ENTRY WITHOUT CONSENT FORM AND WITHOUT ROSTER DAY WILL
NOT BE ALLOWED.
 There may be some changes according to the class strength. In that
case class teachers will communicate.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS

1. It is compulsory for all of you to bring your personal :
a) Study kit (stationery items, books, copies, etc.)
b) Sanitizer
c) Two masks (one in bag)
d) Two water bottles
e) Lunch box
Remember not to share your belongings.

2. Wear school uniform/ White Shirt & Black or Blue Trousers/ Track Suit.
Don't shake hands while greeting each other.
3. Sit only on those desks where your roll number is mentioned.
4. There will be a special bell after every two hours for reminding you to
sanitize your hands.
5. Please have your food at your respective seat and don't share it with
others. Don't change seating arrangement during breaks.
6. Please have a handkerchief or some tissue papers in your bag to be used
for coughing, sneezing, etc. Dispose off used tissues in covered trash bins
only.
7. Avoid unnecessary touching of common surfaces like walls, railings, door
knobs, taps, etc.
8. Don't move round with no mask /loose mask/ mask below nose/ pulling
down mask while talking to someone.
Follow all the guidelines related to the entry and exit, classroom code of
conduct.
