Guadalajara Jalisco

Guadalajara is a city in western Mexico. It is known for tequila and mariachi


music, both born in Jalisco, the state of which Guadalajara is the capital.
Guadalajara's historic center has colonial plazas and landmarks like the
neoclassical Teatro Degollado and a cathedral with twin golden spiers. The
Government Palace houses famous murals by the painter José Clemente

In Guadalajara there are many natural parks to do various activities


such as Bosque Los Colomos or Bosque de la Primavera, a place for
photographic bird hunting that also offers a number of routes for
hiking or mountain biking. If you like nature, this is a good place to visit.

In Guadalajara you can also enjoy various churches with beautiful


architecture, the city is well known for having many cathedrals that are
many years old, these are some of interest: Expiatory Temple,
Guadalajara Cathedral, Aranzazu Temple among others

Just 60 kilometers from Guadalajara, Tequila is an ideal place to


spend a day or, better yet, stay for a whole weekend or long
weekend. Its cobbled streets and sunny weather make you want
to walk and discover its corners.
The blue agave of the Tequilana Weber variety is the only type with
which authentic tequila can be made. The immense fields planted
with agave are a unique spectacle that has already been
recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
