INSTRUCTIONS
(i). Internal examination is conducted as open book system in blended mode (online
and offline).
(ii). Question paper will be sent to the students (5 minutes before commencement of
exam) to their respective mail IDs and/or subject specific Whatsapp group created
by the concerned teacher.
(iii). Advised to prepare the answer script in such a way that it should be an A4 size
white sheet with top and left margins (only) drawn using pencil.
(iv). Write the examination using blue ink only (pencil and/or colour sketch pens can be
used, wherever needed, which is optional).
(v). The top margin of the first page of A4 sheet must be filled as per the format
given separately.
(vi). Ensure uniformity in handwriting and further insisted that they must write in their
own handwriting.
(vii). Number the pages at the bottom of each page in the “Page number/Total pages”
format. For example: 1/20, 2/20,…. 20/20, if you have written 20 pages totally.
(viii). Write all the answers to the questions under each section at one place under the
same section as per the order in the question paper (you are advised not to jumble
as it is open book system).
(ix). After completing the exam, scan (in PDF format) all the answer sheets in the same
order of page numbers continuously as a single document with a good quality
scanning app under good lighting condition. (Before capturing the page, position
and scan the document in such a way that text appears clearly without blur and
also adjust the margins in such a way that there should not be any slanting of
paper).
(x). Name the file starting with acronym of the paper title with hyphen followed by
registration number (Example: MM(BA)PBC-21397328 for Marketing
Management paper for a student with given registration number in the class).
(xi). After completing the process, send the PDF copy of the script to
drcmadhavaiah4@gmail.com, within 45 minutes after completing the exam
as per scheduled time.
