COUNTER-PROPOSAL
1. Our client is willing to transfer the Boni
Heights through a Deed of Sale.
Caveat: the property is under military privilege.
Client was able to avail of the same since he was a
member of the Air Force of the Philippines. There
might be prohibitions on the immediate transfer. Be
that as it may, the client is willing to execute an
agreement that he is relinquishing any rights over
Boni Heights in favor of Ms. Desear and their son
2.Our client is also willing to execute a Deed of
Absolute Sale covering the Montero. He can
likewise shoulder full tank fuel from Manila and
shoulder half of the shipping costs. Provided that
the complainant will provide her own driver and the
rest of the necessary costs.

But the client is willing to pay 6k/month child
support since 2015.

arrangements in Manila will be done by Mr. Bajesta.

Mr. Bajesta has not sent any support since 2015 despite
his employment at the time. Ms. Desear is willing to
adjust this amount only up to 12,000/month.

Ms. Desear requests 24 post-dated checks covering the

next 24 months for support.

payable in 10 months (100k per month) beginning May
15, 2021.
