The Flatpack2 2000 41,7A/48V is a modern switch

mode power supply designed for battery charging
and supplying high quality DC power to telecom
equipment and similar applications.

and expandable DC power solutions

DESCRIPTION

• Introducing digital controllers for excellent monitoring and regulation characteristics

• Front to back air flow with built in advanced fan speed control
• Front LED indicators gives easy on site information regarding rectifier status.
• Full power from - 40°C (-40°F) up to + 45°C (113°F) ambient temperature
• Wide input voltage range, 85 VAC to 300 VAC. Power limitations will be activated below 185
VAC.
• 275 VAC – 300 VAC, full power is available but with reduced power factor.
• Automatic shutdown at input voltages above 300 VAC.
• Protection against surges, caused by lightning or switching transients
• High efficiency, above 92%
• Temperature monitoring with automatic power limitation and shutdown at high temperatures
• Constant power charging during battery recharge
• True hot plug-in

Operation: - 40°C to + 45°C (-40°F to 113°F) – No temperature de-rating. Max. output
power = 2000W;
+ 45°C to + 75°C (113°F to 167°F) – Output will be de-rated (min output power
1400W) and rectifier will finally stop in auto-protect mode

Storage: - 40°C to + 85°C (-40°F to 185°F)

Storage: 0–99 % RH non-condensing (recommended: 10-30 % RH)

Operation: 5–95 % RH non-condensing

OPERATING ALTITUDE
Up to 4000m, for altitudes between 2500m and 4000m, output power may derate at lower
ambient temperatures.

COOLING
2 speed controlled fans (front to back airflow), brushless with magnetic bearing; In case of fan failure
on one fan Power derating will start at 25°C rectifier shutdown at 75°C. In case of fan failure on both
fans rectifier will shutdown immediately

• Power (green) indicates that the power supply is ON/OFF and communication with controller
• Warning (yellow) indicates an abnormal situation
• Alarm (red) indicates an alarm situation
