Proposal format:
Project title: “Design automatic fire and smoke alarm system using PLC”

1. INTRODUCTION
Definition about title & application of the project for real-time application

1.2 Statement of problem:

State the problem you identify by your project work from previous work limitations.
Example:- if the project title is “Design automatic fire and smoke alarm system
using PLC.”
The statement of problem will be the following:
Fire and smoke are series problems in a factory that may cause risk to the company
worker & the company system component. So that; detecting the fire and smoke using
alarm is necessary condition to save the company from damage.

1.3 Objective:
1.2.1 General objective: state the overall aims of the project

Example:- Design automatic fire and smoke alarm system using PLC

1.2.2 Specific objectives: The detailed tasks to accomplished the general objective of the
project
Example:- The detailed tasks that will be performed to do the above project are

 Simulate the designed system

1.3 Literature review:

At least you should review more than five standard journals that are directly or indirectly
related to your project work
The listed and stated literatures should be from standard journals ( IEEE, IET and others )
that indicate the current state of the art in the area:
 What has been done so far in the area
 What are their approach towards the problem
 What are the major draw backs in the stated work
 Then at the end , your contribution to solve the above problems
