Please note that the measurements given below have been obtained under very controlled laboratory
conditions. On-site measurements may give different results depending on circumstances.

ADHESION: (ASTM D 3359 - Method A):

X - Cut Excellent adhesion (5A)
Coating system:
80 µm HEMPAQUICK PRIMER 13624 + 40 µm HEMPAQUICK
ENAMEL 53840.

RESISTANCE TO ATMOSPHERIC Good

EXPOSURE etc.: Recommended as primer in coating systems for ISO 12944-2, up to
Corrosion Category C4.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE: Maximum, dry: 120°C

IMPACT RESISTANCE: (ISO 6272/ASTM D 2794):

No visible cracks at a frontal impact of 10 inchlbs on 1.5 mm steel
panel.

RESISTANCE TO AGEING: (ISO 7253/ASTM B 117, Salt Spray):

No blistering or red rust formation, 1 -2 mm rust from the scribe and
good adhesion after 1000 hours exposure.
