Minutes of the Organizational Meeting for

the
Election of Classroom Officers
of
UseP-CED Bachelor of Secondary
Education – major in Filipino
The organizational meeting of the students
of the above captioned section was held on
the date, time and at the place
set forth in the written Waiver of Notice
prepared by Keith Orillo Ulangkaya last
September 01, 2021, fixing such
time and place, and prefixed to the minutes
of this meeting.
28 were present and participated throughout
the meeting and was announced as quorum.
Keith Ulangkaya acted as Chairman and
presider.
The Chairman called the meeting to order
and announced that a quorum was present.
The Chairman reported that the
The meeting started with a short Opening
Prayer led by John Mark Eumenda, the
Officer-In-Charge for executive
affair. After that, the presider presented the
commisioners who were at the meeting.
The meeting then proceeded to the election
of Officers in the position of secretary. Upon
nominations duly made and
seconded, the following were qualified and
elected:

The meeting concluded with a brief
announcement and was commended by the
SSG-COMELEC commisioners.
Upon the agreement of the majority to close
the meeting, the mayor-elect, John Mark
Eumenda adjourned the
meeting.

Time Started 9:00 AM

Venue: Fe Del Mundo National High School
All SSG President of every school were present. The meeting started with a prayer led by Jamaica Mae Buque,
SSG President from Manaul National High School. The Former Municipal SSG President of Mansalay District,
Raymark Fedilino Alo served as the presiding officer for the said meeting.

The presiding officer presented the following agenda:

 Oathtaking Of the Newly Elected SSG Officers
