Theme for fresher’s party:

1st year Girls and boys: Floral theme (A floral fabric or design has flowers on it).

2nd year girls & boys: Red Carpet Theme (Party wear with bright colours).

Note: For girls Dresses/Shifts should be elegant, decent and should be of (length 4+/ below knee)

For boys (Elegant formals and semi formals)

Rules for the freshers:

1.The students must carry their ID card/some valid proof of their admission in the university/erp
portal at all time with them. They will have to produce the same whenever and wherever asked to
do so.

2. No substance abuse in any form by any of the student shall be tolerated under any circumstance.
If found guilty, disciplinary action shall be initiated as per the University Norms.

3. The students are strictly advised to adhere to decent smart casuals/ formals as per the theme of
the party. No indecent clothing shall be allowed on the premises.

4. You are allowed to bring along your phones with you but as a responsible student of Graphic Era
Fraternity, you shall not use your cameras for unnecessary video recordings that may be misused by
anybody. If found guilty, disciplinary action shall be taken against the culprit as per the University
Guideline.

5. In case of ragging or bullying immediately connect with any faculty on duty.

6. In case of health emergency immediately connect with authorities’ medical room.

7. No foul language or abusive language shall be permitted in the in the gathering.
