DAY 1

Abu Sa`id said: “The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “Allah the
Almighty has people whom He redeems every day and night from Ramadan and
every Muslim every day and night has a prayer that is answered.” [Narrated by
Al-Bazzar, Sahih At-Targhib wa At-Tarhib]

DAY 2

Ibn `Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: “The Messenger of Allah
(peace be upon him) was the most generous of the men; and he was the most
generous during the month of Ramadan when Jibril visited him every night and
recited the Qur'an to him. During this period, the generosity of the Messenger of
Allah (peace be upon him) waxed faster than the rain bearing wind.”

[Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

DAY 3

O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority
among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if
you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in
result. An-Nisa' 4:59

DAY 4

`Abdullah ibn Al-Harith narrated that a man from among the Companions of the
Prophet said: "I entered to the Prophet (peace be upon him) when he was
having Sahur (predawn meal). He said: 'It is a blessing that Allah has given to you,
so do not neglect it.’" [Narrated by An-Nasa’I – authenticated by Al-Albani in
his book Sahih wa Da`if Sunan An-Nasa’i]
DAY 5

Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: “The Prophet (peace be
upon him) said, "If one does not eschew lies and false conduct, Allah has no need
that he should abstain from his food and his drink." [Narrated by Al-Bukhari]

DAY 6

There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for
anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often.
Al-Ahzab 33:21

DAY 7

Worship Allah and associate nothing with Him, and to parents do good, and to
relatives, orphans, the needy, the near neighbor, the neighbor farther away, the
companion at your side, the traveler, and those whom your right hands possess.
Indeed, Allah does not like those who are self-deluding and boastful. An-Nisa' 4:36

DAY 8

Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: “The Messenger of Allah
(peace be upon him) said, "When any one of you is observing fasting on a day, he
should neither indulge in obscene language nor should he raise the voice; and
if anyone reviles him or tries to quarrel with him he should say: 'I am
observing fast."' [Narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

DAY 9

O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice, witnesses for
Allah, even if it be against yourselves or parents and relatives. Whether one is rich
or poor, Allah is more worthy of both. So follow not [personal] inclination, lest you
not be just. And if you distort [your testimony] or refuse [to give it], then indeed
Allah is ever, of what you do, Aware. An-Nisa' 4:135
DAY 10

“Peace [i.e., security] be upon you for what you patiently endured. And excellent is
the final home." Ar-Ra'd 13:24

DAY 11

Allah extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]. And they rejoice in the
worldly life, while the worldly life is not, compared to the Hereafter, except [brief]
enjoyment. Ar-Ra'd 13:26

DAY 12

And We have enjoined upon man [care] for his parents. His mother carried him,
[increasing her] in weakness upon weakness, and his weaning is in two years. Be
grateful to Me and to your parents; to Me is the [final] destination. Luqman 31:14

DAY 13

Say, "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not
despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is
the Forgiving, the Merciful." Az-Zumar 39:53

DAY 14

“Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of
Allah. Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured."

DAY 15

The Prophet (‫ )ﷺ‬said, "The worst people in the Sight of Allah on the Day of
Resurrection will be the double faced people who appear to some people with one
face and to other people with another face." [Sahih Bukhari]

DAY 16

“Fear of death should be moderate, so that it does not exhaust the body, causing
harm. One should fear what comes after death and work towards it.”

[Disciplining the Soul, Ibn Al Jawzi (RA)]

DAY 17

“And worship your Lord until there comes to you the certainty [i.e., death].”

Al Hijr:99

DAY 18

Allah's Messenger (‫ )ﷺ‬said. "It is one of the greatest sins that a man should curse
his parents." It was asked (by the people), "O Allah's Messenger (‫ !)ﷺ‬How does a
man curse his parents?" The Prophet (‫ )ﷺ‬said, "'The man abuses the father of
another man and the latter abuses the father of the former and abuses his mother."

DAY 19

“And when adversity touches man, he calls upon Us; then when We bestow on him a
favor from Us, he says, "I have only been given it because of [my] knowledge."
Rather, it is a trial, but most of them do not know.” Az Zumar:49
DAY 20

“The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months. The angels and the Spirit
[i.e., Gabriel] descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter. Peace it
is until the emergence of dawn." Al Qadr 3-5

DAY 21

Narrated by Anas bin Malik: Allah 's Apostle said, "Whoever loves that he be granted
more wealth and that his lease of life be prolonged then he should keep good
relations with his Kith and kin." [Sahih Bukhari]

DAY 22

Allah is Subtle with His servants; He gives provision to whom He wills. And He is the
Powerful, the Exalted in Might. [Ash Shura:19]

DAY 23

Abu Ad-Darda narrated that the Messenger of Allah said:

"Whoever was given his share of gentleness, then he has been given a share of good.
And whoever has been prevented from his share of gentleness, then he has been
prevented from his share of good." [Jami' at Tirmidhi]

DAY 24

“And before it was the scripture of Moses to lead and as a mercy. And this is a
confirming Book in an Arabic tongue to warn those who have wronged and as good
tidings to the doers of good.” Al Ahqaf: 12
DAY 25

The Prophet (‫ )ﷺ‬never criticized any food (he was invited to) but he used to eat if
he liked the food, and leave it if he disliked it. [Sahih Bukhari]

DAY 26

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (‫ )ﷺ‬as saying:

Charity does not decrease wealth, no one forgives another except that Allah
increases his honor, and no one humbles himself for the sake of Allah except that
Allah raises his status. [Sahih Muslim 2588]

DAY 27

“Those who spend (in Allah’s Cause) in prosperity and in adversity, who repress
their anger, and who pardon men. Verily, Allah loves the good-doers.” Al-Imran:134

DAY 28

Anas ibn Malik reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “All of
the children of Adam are sinners, and the best sinners are those who repent.”
[Tirmidhi]

DAY 29

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (‫ )ﷺ‬as saying:

“Let him be humbled, let him be humbled. It was said: Allah's Messenger, who is he?
He said. He who finds his parents in old age, either one or both of them, and does
not enter Paradise.” [Sahih Muslim 2551]
DAY 30

“And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me — indeed I am


near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let
them respond to Me [by obedience] and believe in Me that they may be [rightly]
guided.” Al-Baqarah:186
