Imperva will deliver the Products to Company for a pilot that will take place at the address specified below.
As part of this Pilot, Imperva will provide to Company at no fee: (i) a license key to be used to support up to five (5) web
servers, (5) database servers, one (1) file server, and/or one (1) NAS server, as applicable to the Product listed below;
(ii) one (1) day of installation and configuration services; (iii) training on Products while on-site; (iv) network review and
configuration recommendations for deployment of the Product; and (v) email and telephone support via a regional
Imperva security engineer during the Pilot Period. At Company’s request, Imperva will set up the Product on
Company’s behalf.
In return, Company agrees to: (i) appoint a technical project manager to interface with Imperva technical staff; (ii) prior
to Imperva’s onsite visit, prepare the premises/environment (rack space assigned, power capacity available and any
network cable drops needed); (iii) participate in weekly conference calls to discuss status of and review progress of the
Pilot; and (iv) meet with Imperva at the end of the Pilot Period to review results of the Pilot and the summary report.
Customer agrees that its use of the Imperva Products is subject to the terms of the Evaluation License Agreement which
can be found at: http://www.imperva.com/other/evaluation_license_agreement.asp.
