Company’s profile
This company was established in 1887 where is located in Manchester, England. First person
who led this company was Mr. Alan Shaerer, who started this business when he was 30. This
company has been working in design semi wood and plastic since 1887. We have 5 branches
in UK, one in Birmingham, two in Merseyside, one in London, and the central branch is in
Manchester. Our products has been sold in many countries around the world.

Branches & Partnership

Manchester branch (central)
Our first and the central branch is located in Manchester near the Old Trafford. This branch
was established in 1887. The current director is Harry Maguire. This branch make design
both wood and plastic. This branch has a partnership with Marvel sales company to promote
our product. Not just Marvel sales company we have Rey sales company to promote it too.
For the company who supply us the wood. We have Bagus wood company and Damar wood
company from Indonesia. But, we aren’t their priority. For plastic suppliers we have Teddy
raw material company and Yoga raw material company. Both are our priority company.

Birmingham branch
Our second branch is located in Birmingham near Victoria park. This branch was established
in 1910. The current director is Tom Holland. This branch just makes design of wood
products. About the partnership are still same like the central branch in Manchester.

Merseyside branch
Our third and fifth branch is located in Merseyside near Anfield and Goodison park football
stadium. Third branch was established in 1934. The current director is Sadio Mane. Fifth
branch was established in 1972. The current director is Kasper Schmeichel. The third branch
just focus on wood design and for the fifth branch just focus on plastic stuff design. For the
partnership are same like the central but they have extra supplier from Philippine. Their
company name is heaven wood company. But they aren’t our priority supplier.

London branch
Our fourth branch is located in London the central city of England. The branch is located near
Wembley stadium. This branch was established in 1955. The current director is Bukayo Saka.
This branch makes design both wood and plastic. The suppliers are still same like the central
branch. But, they have extra supplier for wood from Swiss. Their company name is Xhaka
wood company.

Main works
Each branches will get supply per month from the suppliers. The time for delivery is depend
on the place. After they get their raw material. They will start to make stuff.

Our product
Wood : We make many stuff from raw wood material. For example table, chair, desk, hanger,
etc. Our main product is hanger. We have a lot of hanger types. we don’t use low wood
quality, so we keep our product quality.. And then our other main product is kitchen stuff. we
produce wooden kitchen stuff. We create a comfortable stuff and safe for cooking.
Plastic : We make many stuff from plastic raw material. For plastic our main product is
drinking glass. We make our plastic drinking glass with exotic and beautiful look. We make
it looks like a drinking glass from glass.

Condition and term
The benefits for Wood Lend Company from joining us are :

 Wood Lend Company will get 3% of our company’s share

 The Wood Lend Company will get 20% income from every furniture we sell
 Every month Wood Lend Company will get 13,08 Euro
 The first contract will be for 3 years, start from 2022 until 2025.
 The renewal contract depend on our income.

Wood Lend Company provision

The provisions if Wood Land Company want to join us :

 Wood Land Company must supply us 5 tons of wood each year

 Wood Land Company must sup;y us the wood as like we want. If we want Hogwarts
wood, they have to send it. If we want black hole wood, they have to send it.
 If the wood supply don’t send it on time when we need it. Wood Lend Company must
give us extra pay 326,72 Euro for the penalty
