- When learning to plan for hot work what concerned you the most and why?
- Do you feel the safety training you received is effective in operational circumstances?
- What are you focused on when planning hot work, and when hot work is being done in your area?
- Do you discuss or consider a number of options or do you know straight away what to do?
- Do you understand when air quality readings are necessary before beginning hot work? Do you know
what air quality readings are acceptable?
- What would make the hot work process easier?
- Is there a difference between work-as-imagined by leadership and work-as-done?
- Do you feel you can bring concerns to management’s attention even if it is not in your department?
- Are you empowered to challenge department norms?
