This Field Check is intended to assess the safe use of portable electrical tools. An additional Field Check
is available to assess the safety of electrical work peformed by electricans or other qualified indviduals.
For this LIFEsaver Field Check two independent employees / contractors have to be interviewed and one
field observation has to be completed. It’s recommended to interview the person that is supervising the
work and the person that is using the portable electrical tool.

Guideline for “Deep Dive” determination :
