Proper shed ( with Three side covered with top shed ) available or not?
Panel/DB installed on appropriate location to avoid the water logging or not?
Proper light inside and outside of panel/DB available or not?
Is the next upstream point of isolation clearly identified?
Are all pushbutton & indicator lamps appropriately labelled?
Are indicator available and glowing condition visually at panel.

Is there is cable gland used and spare holes sealed properly ?

General Installation Is all equipment accessible?

Are all socket outlets protected by a 30mA RCCB?

Are cables appropriately installed & terminated?

Are all people observed working safely?

Are they using appropriate tools for the job?
If working at a height, is appropriate (non-conducting) ladders used? If not, how is this
