1. Proper nut & bolt and Cable lugs should be used for Connection.
2. Rain proof shed should be there.
3. Necessary barricade, warning board, panel name & location, Insulation mat, 3-Phase Meter
and Emergency contact number must be available.
4. Reliable Two Earth Should be Connected.
5. 3.5 Core armored cable should be used instead be Flexible Cable.
6. Cable should be laid below ground (1 Mtr. Deep) and overhead should be more than
two point five (2.5) mtr. on insulated or wooden support and no temporary cable
shall be laid over the ground and cable route marker@15mtr span shall be placed .
7. Earth protection for personnel on the Sites shall be provided by a thirty milli-amp.
(30mA) ELCB/RCCB
8. Panel rooms/ distribution box pathways are clear and free from any obstructions.
9. Electrical system shall be handled by a competent and authorized person for the
voltage as per authorization and in line with the applicable statutory requirements.
10 Authorized Electrician and electrical engineer list should be attached with this form.
