case of any new hazard indentified by any of the working team member during the job, JSA review process should be carried on.

Personnel injury/slip , trip & fall  Keep Access & walk ways always free
from obstructions
 Maintain Good Housekeeping at site all
the time
 First aid kit should be available at work
site for handling of any emergency
